Decisiontron is about data preservation and integrating computer components and systems for access to that data. Decisiontron provides Information Technology Support and Consulting to home users and small businesses. The highlights of Decisiontron’s services are listed on our Services page.

A unique aspect of Decisiontron is it’s owner. He is a senior citizen that has been providing support to Senior family and friends for well over a decade. Decisiontron understands Seniors. The owner spent years managing his parents’ finances and has provided support to Seniors for Medicaid and Health Insurance applications. Decisiontron understands the need to preserve data and the need to secure data so that what the Senior wants to be private – stays private.

As part of Decisiontron’s “White Glove” IT support for seniors, Decisiontron spends time listening to the needs of the client and with the Client’s permission, will engage with the family or care-giver as appropriate. Decisiontron will recommend services and products that meet the Client’s needs and those that the Client can self-manage. As part of these “White Glove” services, if Decisiontron is unable to provide such services, Decisiontron will advise the client up-front and cease work.

For all clients, Decisiontron requires a signed work order prior to start of any effort that is billed to the Client. This work-order also includes a non-disclosure agreement to protect the Client’s privacy interests. This non-disclosure document is tailorable depending upon the Client’s needs.

Decisiontron seeks long-term relationships with it’s Clients and details the periods of performance and means of any remedy for those services and products in the signed work order.
