Because Decisiontron is HIPAA Compliant, Decisiontron uses Splashtop and Microsoft Teams to have remote interactions with clients and friends that need PC or Mac help. Splashtop uses a client and nine digit access code after typing:”https://sos.splashtop.com/en/sos-download” to grant Decisiontron access to your PC/Mac. This lets Decisiontron see what you see and even work on your PC/Mac remotely. Using HIPAA Compliant Business services from Microsoft, Decisiontron can also host Microsoft Teams meetings for a single participant or multiple participants.
